Mind Share Partners’ CEO, Morey Riordan, will step down in early September to return to direct advocacy for the LGBTQ community during a time of unprecedented anti-LGBTQ legislation. We are grateful for his leadership and the lasting impact of his tenure, and we support him as he takes on this important work.

“My time at Mind Share Partners, and the privilege of working alongside such an extraordinary team, has been deeply inspiring. I will carry forward the lessons I’ve gained here,” said Riordan. “As a transgender leader, I’ve experienced firsthand at Mind Share what it means to work in a culture of safety, affirmation, and genuine support. Mind Share Partners doesn’t just talk about its values, it lives them.”

Mind Share Partners’ vision remains steadfast: workplaces can transform mental health and well-being for all workers. Mind Share Partners has deepened its dedication to serve U.S. workers amid a record high number reporting mental health challenges, revealed in our recent Mental Health at Work report. The same report—and current research—shows that employers investing in mental health see measurable gains in employee well-being, engagement, and retention. We see this momentum with our partners like Hyatt and OLLY who are deepening their commitment to well-being.

Mind Share Partners’ long-standing Board of Directors, led by Board Chair  Jill Miller, is working with leadership to build upon our work, support clients, and prepare for long-term leadership during the transition. “We are deeply grateful for Morey’s leadership and the lasting contributions he has made to the organization.  As we prepare for our next leader, we have complete confidence in our exceptional team to carry this mission forward,” said Miller. “Our focus remains on delivering excellent work for our clients while we search for the right next leader who can meet this pivotal moment for mental health at work.”

Mind Share Partners will begin the search for the next CEO later this month.
