An Important Update About Mind Share Partners

Dear Mind Share Partners Community,

We are writing to share an important update about Mind Share Partners' future. After careful

consideration, the Board of Mind Share Partners (MSP) has made the difficult decision to sunset

the organization. We continue to believe deeply in the importance of workplace mental health

and in the contribution Mind Share Partners has made to the field. At the same time, we feel it is

time to close this chapter with care and focus on ensuring that the organization’s resources,

learnings, and contributions can continue to serve the field. MSP will conclude its staffed operations on April 17, and then move into a Board-led wind-down focused on preserving MSP's legacy and resources.

“As we share this difficult news, we are incredibly proud of the far-reaching impact Mind Share

Partners has had on the way organizations approach mental health in the workplace," said Jill Miller, Board Chair." With your partnership and support, we helped bring mental health closer to

the center of organizational culture and fostered a growing field of work during one of the most

challenging times for organizations in recent memory. We are proud of what we made possible

and know the impact and influence will carry on.”

Since 2017, Mind Share Partners has been a champion and at the forefront for culture change

in workplace mental health. Through its thought leadership, movement building, and direct client

work, it has contributed to normalizing mental health and centering employee well-being in the

workplace. We are hopeful this community will continue to use the resources we created and

share in the sense of pride for all that we collectively accomplished:

In partnership with companies and nonprofit organizations, we have seen employers learn,

embrace, and actively support their employees to thrive — by normalizing mental health

challenges, training managers to have effective conversations about mental health with their

teams, and building cultures that make supporting mental health the norm. We captured these

efforts in a series of case studies featuring organizations including Olly PBC, Hyatt, Choice

Hotels, The Sunrise Project, Morrison & Foerster, and Gillette Children's Hospital.

MSP expanded the reach of its mission through our movement building and thought leadership.

Mind Share Partners has written for Harvard Business Review and contributed to the former

U.S. Surgeon General’s Framework for Workplace Mental Health & Well-Being. Its resourcesare also cited on HHS.gov here. Mind Share Partners’ biennial mental health reports were a

catalyst for workplace mental health coverage in the media—the findings have been published

in 150+ media outlets worldwide, contributing to the greater awareness of workplace mental

health.

Our work has also been recognized by the broader sector. Mind Share Partners’ Leaders Go

First Campaign won an Anthem Award in 2023, and has been featured in The New York Times,

The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, Fast Company, and Fortune. Founder, Board member, and former CEO Kelly Greenwood shared,

“It has been an incredible journey and while I’m of course sad to see Mind Share close, our resources will live on. I’m grateful for all that we’ve accomplished and the increased understanding of mental health at work since we began.”

We are deeply appreciative of your support, which enabled us to be a leader in the field of

mental health in the workplace—helping both employees and companies to thrive. As we

navigate this transition, we are committed to ensuring that Mind Share Partners’ most important

resources remain accessible and continue to support the field. For the time being, you can

continue to find them at mindsharepartners.org.

With deep gratitude for your partnership and support,

Mind Share Partners Board of Directors
