Founder & CEO
Kelly Greenwood is a seasoned San Francisco-based executive with over 15 years of experience. She has a cross-sector background that includes corporate, nonprofit, and foundation roles. Prior to Mind Share Partners, she was the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer of Techbridge Girls, leading the national expansion of its after-school programs to empower low-income girls to realize their dreams through science, technology, and engineering. Kelly also worked as a Principal on the Portfolio Team at the Skoll Foundation, sourcing, selecting, and managing a global portfolio of grantees in social entrepreneurship, including a mental health nonprofit in developing countries.
Previously, she did nonprofit and foundation strategy consulting at the Bridgespan Group, a spin-off of Bain & Company. She has also been a strategy, process, and operations consultant at A.T. Kearney and Accenture and was a REDF Farber Intern at Juma Ventures.
Kelly graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University with a BA in Psychology and Spanish. She holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management, where she was a leader of the Social Impact Club.
