Mind Share Partners Institute

In this program, you’ll work through your real-time challenges around employee well-being and leave with a strategy you can put into action immediately.

Program Overview

Refocus on employee well-being in today’s rapidly changing workplace.

As of this year, 90% of U.S. workers report experiencing mental health challenges—the highest rate we've seen. At the same time, organizations are seeing a rise in mental health-related leaves, declining employee engagement, and ongoing uncertainty reshaping work across industries.

We also know that many HR professionals leading employee well-being efforts are overstretched and facing burnout themselves. That’s why we're bringing back Mind Share Partners Institute this Fall. Our flagship program is designed to support and equip those doing this important work.

This interactive, cohort-based program is designed for HR professionals and people managers, ERG champions, and nonprofit professionals. You'll gain the tools, a framework, and a support network to overcome your current challenges and create real, sustained change for workplace well-being.

What makes this program stand out is that you have the opportunity to workshop with peers across different industries, alongside this year's expert facilitator. You'll generate new, proven ideas that you’ll be ready to implement at your organization when the course is done.

Program Format: Five interactive, 2-hour virtual sessions

Dates and time for live training sessions: 11am PT on September 11 and 25, October 9 and 23, and November 6.

"I went through Mind Share's institute in 2020. Our mental health ERG at CVS was created out of the action planning we did during the certification. It's now grown to over 6,000 members."
