"I really valued the Mind Share Partners Institute. I felt like the seminar was engaging and I learned so much from the presenters as well as my peers. We were also provided with excellent resource materials which will be great to reference in the future. The Program & What You'll Learn

The Institute will take place across five 2-hour virtual training sessions using case studies, scenarios, personal reflection, and action planning tools. This program will equip you with core knowledge and skills to support mental health at work, and create an actionable strategy with practical steps that leads to meaningful culture change within your team and organization.

Our online certification program leverages expertise from mental health, management, and legal fields. The program is intentionally limited to a smaller number of participants to allow for deeper engagement during the live, facilitated training sessions to ask questions and share ideas. You’ll meet changemakers from other organizations with similar goals and engage in collaborative breakout sessions throughout the program. The program ends with a capstone project to practice implementing everything you’ve learned.

Benefits of Becoming A Certified Mental Health Champion

Mental health at work has moved from a nice-to-have to a must-have.

Attracting and retaining talent has become a top priority as younger generations are quitting their jobs, questioning the current state of work culture. Our 2021 Mental Health at Work Report found that 81% of Gen Z and 68% of Millennial respondents have left previous roles due, at least in part, to mental health reasons.

As a certified Mental Health Champion you will be equipped to drive true culture change needed to support employee mental health in your organization.
